Am I eligible for free access to the IIPCIC courses?
All law enforcement IP crime investigators including police officers, customs or appropriate regulatory body representatives will be able to take the training without charge.
How do I register for the IIPCIC courses?

How can I become verified for free access to the IIPCIC courses?

How do I purchase the courses?
Individual courses and course bundles are purchased online with your credit card, you may also purchase more than one seat for each course or bundle. Click on the following URL: https://college.iipcic.org/#/login and then choose Start Browsing and follow the shopping cart instructions. If you have further inquires about purchasing courses or would like information on group pricing please send an email to email@example.com.
How long do the courses take to complete?
It typically takes 30-60 minutes per course. Plan to average of about 14 hours for the full 14 course bundle.
What languages are the coures available in?
The modules are available in Arabic, English, French, Mandarin and Spanish and will ultimately be available in a number of other languages.
When do I receive my certificate?
Your offical certificate will available to download from your courses page immediatley after you have completed your training.

There is a forgot password? link above the Login button. From here you can request your password be emailed to you by verifiying your username or email address.

Currently there is no username retrieval feature. If you have forgotten your username please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will glady assist you.
How can I change my username?
You cannot change your username. If you would like to change your username you may send an email request to email@example.com and we will glady assist you.
How can I change my password?
You can change your password by clicking on the orange menu on the top right corner of the screen after you are logged in. Choose Edit Profile and then Change Password.

You can change your email by clicking on the orange menu on the top right corner of the screen after you are logged in. Choose Edit Profile and then Edit Your Information.
When I click the exit button it doesn't close the screen
Occasionally certain browsers do not act appropriately with the Exit button. If you experience this problem simply close the window and then restart your course where you left off. You will need to check the slides on the left menu to make sure they have all been greyed out (completed) before the course will be marked as completed.
I have completed my course but it still show's incomplete
You will need to restart your course where you left off and check the slides on the left menu to make sure they have all been greyed out (completed). Run through any slides that do not show as completed.
My Quiz will not unlock

How do I print my certificate?
After you have completed your training you may print your certificate from the page your courses are listed on, or from the orange menu on the top right of the screen and the Transcript link.
