The Ministry of Social Affairs, Justice and Home Affairs, in accordance with the general objectives established by the Andorran Government, is the body responsible for the public security policy of the State. The Andorran Police Force, as an integral police force, exercises throughout the national territory the functions assigned to it by the legal system in order to protect the free exercise of rights and freedoms, and to guarantee adequate public safety, ensuring the protection of persons and property.

An Garda Síochána (Ireland’s National Police Service)
An Garda Síochána is the national police service of the Republic of Ireland. An Garda Síochána is responsible for: the detection and prevention of crime; ensuring the nation’s security; reducing the incidence of fatal and serious injuries on our roads and improving road safety; working with communities to prevent anti-social behaviour; promoting an inter-agency approach to problem solving, and enforcement of criminal legislation within the jurisdiction of the Republic of Ireland. An Garda Síochána also works closely with its international partners to improve standards and achieve international best practice where possible.

The Brazilian Federal Police is part of the Ministry of Justice and its mandate includes: preventing, identifying and investigating federal crimes, fighting international drug trafficking and terrorism, providing border control and immigration services, as well as working with INTERPOL member countries in the interest of international police cooperation with the ultimate goal of combating domestic and international criminal organizations.

The GACG Networks links a wide number of national and regional anti-counterfeiting organisations whose common objective is to exchange and share information, to particpate in appropriate joint activities and to co-operate in the resolution of specific IP problems and challenges in their respective national or regional areas.

National IPR Coordination Center Referral
The National Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center is the U.S. government's clearinghouse for investigations into counterfeiting and piracy. The IPR Center encourages members of the general public, industry, trade associations, law enforcement and government agencies to report violations of intellectual property rights.
