This 8 module course is part of our IIPCIC Curriculum and examines investigating online piracy and counterfeiting in detail to provide students with the knowledge and skills required to successfully lead and manage online criminal investigations.

All law enforcement IP crime investigators including police officers, customs or appropriate regulatory body representatives will automatically be enrolled in this course without charge after successfully completing the pre-requisite 14 core introductory and intermediate level modules.

IIPCIC Shanghai Certificate Ceremony

The Shanghai Police College organized an official certificate presentation ceremony for its first graduating class of 44 students who completed the International IP Crime Investigators College (IIPCIC) curriculum. This marks the first official IIPCIC certification ceremony for a law enforcement group in China.

 

Audiovisual Internet Piracy Course Launch

We are pleased to announce the release of a new Course - Audio Visual Internet Piracy.


This 2 module course is part of our Industry Modules for Law Enforcement curriculum and is designed to help law enforcement investigators identify and address audiovisual piracy in all its forms. A certificate of completion is available for you to download and print after successfully completing the course.

All law enforcement IP crime investigators including police officers, customs or appropriate regulatory body representatives will automatically be enrolled in this course without charge. This course is currently available in English.

IIPCIC Core Curriculum

Official IIPCIC Certificates now in electronic format!


We are pleased to announce that effective October 5th, 2015 you will be able to download and print your Official IIPCIC Certificate “The Investigation of Transnational and Organized Intellectual Property (IP) Crime” immediately after completing the 14 core introductory and intermediate level modules. After this date, IIPCIC will no longer provide paper copies of certificates.

You will be able to access your electronic certificate by logging into your account at https://college.iipcic.org/:

  1. Click the Orange menu on the top right corner of the page
  2. Choose Transcript
  3. Choose the certificate you wish to download and print

Online Global Customs Curriculum

IIPCIC develops the first online Global Customs curriculum for Customs Officials, Law Enforcement and Brands


Brussels subject  matter experts

The IP Crime Investigators College (IIPCIC), which is a joint effort between UL and INTERPOL, held a meeting to develop the first online global customs curriculum for the International IP Crime Investigators College. The team was generously hosted by the World Customs Organization (WCO) at their headquarters in Brussels.

This esteemed pool of subject matter experts was comprised of customs organizations from Hong Kong, Panama, Nigeria, Mexico and the US, as well as representatives from the semiconductor industry, Proctor and Gamble and the Motion Picture Association.

The outcome of this successful and productive meeting delivered 9 courses designed to address and educate on anti-counterfeiting for Customs officers, law enforcement, rights holders and brands.

 

Arabic Courses now iPad Ready!

Chile Police Academy Graduates

Chile IP Crime graduates

Paris, France – The International IP Crime Investigators College (IIPCIC) is celebrating the certification of some 300 Chile Police Academy trainees and instructors for successfully completing the 14 online core modules of this training tool.

The certification ceremony, held on 5 November 2014, included presentations highlighting INTERPOL Trafficking in Illicit Goods and Counterfeiting capacity building and operational activities to chart the course for combating future transnational organized IP crime.

The International IP Crime Investigators College is available at no cost for all law enforcement and currently has some 6000 users worldwide. The 14 core modules composed of 7 introductory and 7 intermediate modules are available in Arabic, English, French, Spanish and Mandarin.

 

IIPCIC Courses Now Available in Mandarin

We are pleased to announce that the 14 IIPCIC core curriculum for law enforcement is now available in Mandarin.

We have received many requests over the past few years from both the public and private sectors asking that the training be available in in this critically important language of global commerce and we are pleased that we are finally able to provide this to our students. The Mandarin courses are also available for viewing on computers, laptops and iPads to provide you with the mobility you need.

All students will now be able to select the Mandarin courses from the list of available languages and proceed to take their training in Mandarin. If you would like to access to the Mandarin curriculum, please send your request via email to content@iipcic.org.
